Core services include commercial and residential real estate brokerage; residential real estate sales and property management; land development and construction management; as well as private investor financing.

The company currently owns or manages retail and commercial office space and residential properties.  In addition, the company has a strong development and construction capability.  The division has constructed and leased numerous office complexes, retail centers and residential projects throughout suburban Maryland.  Properties include the Crofton Business Center, a four-story, 64,000 square foot office building located in Crofton; Port of Bladensburg Shopping Center located in Bladensburg; Enterprise Office Park, a 43,000 square foot business campus located in Lanham; Fairwood Office Park, a 100,000 square foot medical office building located in Glenn Dale; and Residential communities from 20 homes to 1400 homes in the community of Perrywood located in Upper Marlboro.

Current projects include Mill Branch Crossing, a mixed-use community containing a planned 200,000 square foot retail center, 408 apartments, 190 townhomes, a 150 key room hotel as well as restaurants, fast food, general and medical offices spaces, childcare center and many amenities all located in the thriving city of Bowie.

Future projects in Lanham, Glenn Dale, and Mitchellville areas include an Age-Restricted community with product models specific to the needs of our seniors, beltway accessible townhome communities for those who desire multiple transit options on the border of the Nation’s Capital and our Maryland communities.
